Jamemme
J’amemme is a Ukrainian wearable couture brand founded in 2018 by designer Julie Yarmoliuk, born out of a passion for architectural silhouettes and artisanal pleat work. Based in Kyiv, the label redefines modern femininity with sculptural forms, vivid palettes, and expert craftsmanship—all manually pleated by skilled artisans.
Julie began her career in fashion as a buyer before launching J’amemme with just a $500 investment. Her vision was to elevate Ukrainian design to the global stage, a mission that grew stronger during wartime as she emphasized resilience and creative expression through fashion.
The brand has gained international recognition, showcasing collections at New York Fashion Week and being featured across leading publications like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, and L’Officiel. J’amemme also adheres to eco-conscious practices—creating zero-waste pleated accessories from production leftovers and using recycled or organic fabrics in its Resort collections.
Supportive of Ukrainian culture, the brand also donates proceeds and resources to wartime and creative community initiatives. J’amemme is a wearable bridge between couture artistry and Ukrainian identity—a brand made in Ukraine with global ambition and poetic precision.
